Teen
Advisory Group - TAG
TAG consists of students in grades 6 -12. Meetings are held monthly in the
Library community room. In addition to participating in group
activities throughout the year, students come up
with new ideas that they would like to see at the Library. Registration is
not required.
Fun Club
Fun Club, for children in
kindergarten through 5th grade, is offered in two 10-week sessions during
the fall and winter months. Kids participate in a variety of fun activities
including art projects, games, science experiments, and cooking. Meetings
are held on Thursdays from 5:00-5:45. Registration is required.
Story Time for
Toddlers and Preschoolers
This service is offered throughout the school year. On Tuesdays from
11-11:20 a.m., toddlers and preschoolers meet for stories, finger plays,
and songs until 11:20. Preschoolers are invited to stay and participate
in an additional craft activity until 11:30. Registration is not
required.
Children's Computer
We have 2 Gates computers just for children to use while visiting the library. There are
numerous programs that our younger patrons will enjoy.

Board books, Picture books, I Can Read books,
Non-Fiction, Holiday Books, Holiday Collection and Reference.
Magazines
American Girl, Kids
Discover, Ranger Rick, Sesame Street Magazine, Sports Illustrated For Kids.
Other Resources
Audio cassettes, Audio CD's, Audio books,
CD-ROM's, Videos and DVD's for all ages.
Young Adult
Has a growing Paperback collection,
Non-Fiction collection, magazines including: YM, Seventeen, Guidepost for
Teens, Teen Vogue, Teen Ink.
Summer Reading Program
Every summer children of all ages are encouraged to
participate in our SRP. Research shows that libraries are the most important factor in
helping children retain learning skills during the summer months. We always follow the
statewide Ohio Reading Program Theme put together by the State Library and children's
librarians from all over the state. Registration is required.
